3. How does the pickup process work for JFK (John F. Kennedy International) and LGA (LaGuardia)?
Your chauffeur monitors your flight code in real-time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals. Once your plane lands, we provide a 45-minute complimentary waiting period. Waiting fees begin at the 50-minute mark.

4. Do you provide luxury service for EWR (Newark Liberty International)?
Yes. For all EWR transfers, we track your flight status. You have 45 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. Starting at 50 minutes, a waiting fee of $1 per minute will apply.

5. Do you service private aviation hubs like TEB (Teterboro) and HPN (Westchester County)?
Absolutely. We specialize in VIP transfers for private jet terminals at Teterboro and Westchester County airports, as well as all other regional hubs. The same 45-minute complimentary waiting policy applies after arrival.

Punctuality & Waiting Policy
6. How will I know when my chauffeur has arrived?
For your peace of mind, your chauffeur will be at your pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled time. As soon as they arrive and are ready to assist you, they will send you a text message to notify you of their arrival.

7. What is the waiting policy for non-airport pickups (Home/Office/Hotel)?
Your driver arrives 10 minutes early to ensure readiness. We offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled pickup time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, a waiting fee of $1 per minute will be applied starting from the 16th minute.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We offer maximum flexibility for our clients:

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within the 2-hour window or after the chauffeur has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will apply.
